But the 10 year time skip in the DLC made absolutely no sense to me. I learnt that Ezio went to Spain during this time (AC Discovery) and assisted the brotherhood there. But leaving the Apple in the hands of Savonarola for 10 years seems so out of character for Ezio. It felt like the entire flow of the story changed within these two sequences.
