Resetting the earbuds is usually solving somehow the issue but that's a bit disappointing. - Noise cancellation: Good quality and adjustable from the app. Not the best but decent enough. - Bowers & Wilkins smartphone app: Helpful to switch the source and adjust the noise cancellation. Not as snappy as any Apple apps for sure but decent.
